As part of the International Dates Council’s commitment to developing the dates sector, Her Royal Highness Princess Sarah bint Bandar bin Abdulaziz, Executive Director of the International Dates Council, signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Mr. Ahmed El Bouari, Minister of Agriculture, Maritime Fisheries, Rural Development, Water and Forests of the Kingdom of Morocco, on the sidelines of the 18th International Agriculture Exhibition in Meknes, Morocco.

The Memorandum aims to strengthen cooperation between the two parties in the development of the date palm and dates sector, as well as to promote the exchange of expertise and scientific and technical cooperation in support of the industry. Mr. Ahmed El Bouari commended the participation of the International Dates Council in this important event and expressed his aspiration for future collaboration between the Council and the Kingdom of Morocco in the field of date palm cultivation and dates production.
